Even though Black Ops 2 isn’t coming out until November 13th, believe it or not we are only days away from the first Black Ops 2 matches by professional players. Activision and Treyarch are going to be attending Gamescon in Cologne, Germany in just a few days on August 15th-18th. On the 15th, we’ll see the epic reveal of Black Ops 2 multiplayer and learn more about the features from Treyarch. We’ll get a chance to see the game in action on the 15th and the 16th, and on the 16th Treyarch will also answer questions from the gaming community.

On the 17th, pro players from North America and Europe will have the chance to play a live multiplayer match which fans around the world will be able to stream via Xbox Live, twitch.tv, Facebook, and the Call of Duty website. This will be a great way to learn about the new weapons, killstreaks, and other features of Black Ops 2 multiplayer and also to watch some exciting matches. If you’ve been waiting for a taste of Black Ops 2’s multiplayer mode, you won’t want to miss this. The trailer we saw the other week was just a preview of what’s to come, and we’re going to see a lot more in a few days. The answers to a lot of questions should emerge and we should finally be able to learn the truth of a lot of rumors. Excited for the Gamescon matches starting on August 15?
