A couple of months ago we reported the sad news that Robert Bowling had left Infinity Ward. Robert Bowling was known as the face of the Call of Duty franchise and was also known by his twitter handle, @fourzerotwo. The news came hard to many COD fans who had a very positive association with Bowling. As the senior community manager, he was always eager to interact with fans, a rare thing in the video game industry.
Now Robert Bowling’s position has finally been filled by Tina Palacios, a former IGN employee. We don’t know a whole lot about her yet, but Palacios is already dealing with a lot of backlash from a community upset at Bowling’s departure. Unfortunately this is being taken out on Palacios, and many fans have made a big issue of her gender. Palacios (@Teanah on Twitter) has recently tweeted back the following reply to her detractors: “Thank the Internet for reminding me of my gender and asking me about the kitchen & sandwiches. Is that slang for C4′ing a camper?” Considering she already has almost 26,000 followers, most of them probably genuinely interested in what she has to say about Call of Duty, we think she’ll do all right.

COD Black Ops is much better than Black Ops II…………….& the graphics of BO II is not too good than BO…..
……..Robert Bowling please come back for us,who loves the infinity ward game like MW3,BO
Robert Bowling……………..where r u????????pls come back
I dont have a problem with the replacement. Its nice to know that other people can get a chance at making a game. Maybe the campaign will be longer than 5 hours and the multiplayer can be revamped to be refreshing and new. Glad your here Tina!!
